Who We Are?

Roseann Marcoux brings more than a decade of experience in the appliance industry as a buyer and inventory control manager overseeing warehouse management and organization. She has set-up complete appliance and audio-visual store computer systems with knowledge in many applications including QuickBooks, ReliaSale, HomeSource, and EPass. Her hands-on experience and deep commitment to customer satisfaction and efficiency has allowed her to perfect spiff entry and management with almost every brand globally. Our staff is professional and as part of our on boarding, completes a carefully designed and monitored training program prior to engaging with clients and supporting their spiff entry programs.
